According to the adsorption (high efficiency) and catalytic combustion (energy-saving) design of two fundamental principles, the use of two gas channels for continuous operation, a catalytic combustion chamber, two or more adsorption bed alternative use.Firstly, the organic waste gas is adsorbed by active carbon, and the adsorption is stopped when it is almost saturated, and then the organic matter is desorbed from the activated carbon by hot air flow to make the activated carbon regenerated.The desorbed organic matter has been concentrated (tens of times higher than the original concentration) and sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for catalytic combustion of carbon dioxide and water vapor emissions.When the concentration of the organic waste gas reaches more than 2000PPm, the organic waste gas can maintain spontaneous combustion in the catalytic bed without external heating.A portion of the combustion exhaust is discharged into the atmosphere and most of it is sent to the adsorption bed for regeneration of activated carbon.This can meet the needs of combustion and adsorption of heat energy to achieve the purpose of energy saving.After regeneration can enter the next adsorption;When desorbing, the purification operation can be carried out in another adsorption bed, which is suitable for both continuous and discontinuous operation.
Adsorption process: under the action of the induced draft fan, the organic waste gas is first pretreated by a 2-stage bag filter to remove dust particles and debris, and then is absorbed and purified by an activated carbon adsorption unit to meet the emission requirements.
Desorption process: when the activated carbon adsorption bed reaches saturation, the adsorption is stopped, and then the organic matter is desorbed from the activated carbon by the hot gas stream to make the activated carbon regenerated.
